Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Three Lakes Handyman Service' handyman services. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Service Agreement
1.1 By requesting our Services, you agree to enter into a service agreement with Three Lakes Handyman Service
1.2 The scope of work, pricing, materials, timeline, and payment schedule for each project will be outlined in a written agreement signed by both parties.
1.3 Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.
1.4 Three Lakes Handyman Service reserves the right to subcontract certain aspects of the project to qualified third-party vendors if necessary.
1.5 The client agrees to provide access to the property and necessary utilities required to complete the project in a timely manner.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment for Services is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.2 Payment methods accepted include cash, check, credit/debit card, or electronic transfer.
2.3 Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may accrue interest at a rate of 10% per month.
2.4 Three Lakes Handyman Service may require a deposit or advance payment for certain projects, with the balance due upon completion.
2.5 Additional charges may apply for rush or emergency services requested by the client.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2 Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to $100.
3.3 Three Lakes Handyman Service reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or emergencies.
3.4 If Three Lakes Handyman Service is unable to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters or labor disputes, the client will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made.
3.5 Clients may request changes to the project schedule or scope of work on the estimate provided, subject to Three Lakes Handyman Service' approval and any associated fees.
4. Warranty and Gurantee
4.1 Three Lakes Handyman Service warrants all workmanship for a period of 1 year, starting from the completion date of the project.
4.2 Any defects or issues arising from our workmanship during the warranty period will be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
4.3 This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.
4.4 Materials and products used in the project are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and any claims must be made directly to the manufacturer.
4.5 Clients must notify Three Lakes Handyman Service of any warranty claims or issues within 30 days of discovering the problem.
5. Liability and Indemnification
5.1 Three Lakes Handyman Service shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the client's misuse or neglect of the Services.
5.2 Clients agree to indemnify and hold Three Lakes Handyman Service harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Services.
5.3 In no event shall Three Lakes Handyman Service' liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the Services.
5.4 Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of their premises during the provision of Services, including removing any hazards or obstacles that may pose a risk to our technicians.
5.5 Three Lakes Handyman Service will not be liable for any delays or disruptions to the project caused by factors beyond our control, including inclement weather, traffic, or acts of God.
6. Insurance
6.1 Three Lakes Handyman Service carries comprehensive liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries resulting from our work.
6.2 Clients are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage for additional protection.
6.3 Three Lakes Handyman Service will provide proof of insurance upon request.
6.4 Clients must notify Three Lakes Handyman Service of any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on their property during the provision of Services.
6.5 Three Lakes Handyman Service reserves the right to suspend or cancel Services if the client's property is deemed unsafe or hazardous.
7. Termination of Services
7.1 Three Lakes Handyman Service reserves the right to terminate Services at any time due to non-payment, breach of contract, or any other valid reason.
7.2 Clients may terminate Services by providing written notice to Three Lakes Handyman Service, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
7.3 Upon termination of Services, any outstanding payments must be settled within 15 days.
7.4 Three Lakes Handyman Service may retain any materials, equipment, or tools provided for the project until all outstanding payments are received.
7.5 Termination of Services does not release the client from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 Three Lakes Handyman Service agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information without consent.
8.2 Client information collected during the provision of Services will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8.3 Three Lakes Handyman Service may use client information for marketing or promotional purposes with the client's consent.
8.4 Client testimonials or reviews may be used for marketing purposes, provided that no personally identifiable information is disclosed without consent.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through discussion and fair negeotiation between parties. If dispute remains, issue to be resolved via arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9.3 The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
9.4 In the event that arbitration is not successful in resolving the dispute, the parties may pursue legal action in the courts of Wisconsin.
9.5 Both parties agree to participate in good faith in any mediation or negotiation attempts to resolve disputes before resorting to arbitration or legal action.
10. Amendments
10.1 Three Lakes Handyman Service reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes
10.2 Continued use of the Services after receiving notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Acknowledgment
By engaging Three Lakes Handyman Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
